&Compliance status
The Margaux Medoc Tourisme Tourist Office website is not yet compliant with the Référentiel Général d’Amél’Accessibilité (RGAA 4.1). No compliance audit has yet been carried out, but an active accessibility improvement programme is underway.
Current work in progress
In order to comply with the regulations, we have planned the following actions:
- A technical accessibility audit to be carried out by an external service provider, which will be put out to tender in the coming months.
- Implementation of a action plan based on the results of this audit, in order to correct any non-compliances identified.
- Progressive reworking of content (texts, images, links, PDF documents) by the Tourist Office team, to ensure they are accessible.
- Ongoing collaboration with our web agency to integrate any necessary technical fixes.
- Awareness-raising and training for our team on digital accessibility.
